收集個人資料及私隱條例聲明
亞利安眼鏡有限公司 ( 以下稱亞利安 )，位於香港九龍旺角廣東道1123號福安工廠大廈10樓 B室，將竭力遵守香港的法例第 486章《 個人資料（ 私隱 ）條例 》（ 以下稱私隱條例 ）所定，並確保屬下職員依從上述條例的規定，對您的個人資料作最嚴格的保安及保密處理。
收集個人資料
當您委託亞利安代為生產視光學鏡片、瀏覽亞利安網頁或要求亞利安為您提供未在本文陳述的服務 ( 包括優惠、推廣資訊、求職等 ) 時，我們需要您提供您的個人資料作內部各種用途。
收集個人資料的必要性
您必須向亞利安提供您的個人資料並且應亞利安的要求出示證明文件，經核實無誤後方能獲得相關服務。
披露個人資料
除以下情況外，我們不會向第三者以任何方式披露您的部分或全部個人資料。
被法庭、香港警務及警務人員、勞工及福利局、入境處、稅務局等政府和監管部門要求下揭示您的個人資料。
資料準確性
您的個人資料如有更新，必須即時通知亞利安。若您未能按有關要求提供或更新準確的相關個人資料，亞利安為您提供的服務將受限或有所影響，甚至不能為您提供相關服務。
處理資料、保存期限
亞利安並非您的個人資料的持有者，只負責管理。因個人資料的收集目的和用途之不同，其保存時限及刪除方式各異。保存期限及刪除方式均受相關法律、法令、法規或稅務會計要求所約束。因此您的個人資料不會永久地保存在亞利安。
通知
一般而言，除非我們獲得您的書面指示，否則我們會使用您的個人資料向您發送緊急通告、最新資訊、優惠及推廣等資訊。您可透過我們的電郵 arionhk@gmail.com明示您的個人意願，停止接收優惠或推廣資訊。但在非一般的情況下，縱然您已向我們發出書面指示，我們仍會使用您的個人資料向您發出通告或資訊。
查閱、更改資料及撤回指示

a. 查閱亞利安所存有關您的個人資料（ 如有 ）
b. 要求亞利安更正或更新您的個人資料（ 如有 ）；及
c. 撤回有關使用個人資料之意向 ( 此舉或會影響我們為您提供的服務 )
我們會根據隱條例之規定免費和迅速處理。

Personal Information Collection Statement
Arion Optical Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Arion), located at Room B, 10/F, Fook On Factory Building, 1123 Canton Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, will endeavor to comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong Ordinance. We will ensure that our staff will comply with the provisions of the above regulations and handle your personal data with the strictest security and confidentiality.
Collection of Personal Data
When you entrust Arion to produce ophthalmic lenses for you, browse Arion’s website, or ask Arion to provide you with services not stated in this article (including discounts, promotional information, job search, etc.), we need you to provide your personal information for internal Various uses.
Necessity of collecting personal data
You must provide Arion with your personal information and supporting documents upon Arion’s request. You can only obtain relevant services after verification.

Arion is not the owner of your personal data, but is only responsible for its management. Due to the different purposes and uses of personal data collected, the retention period and deletion methods vary. The retention period and deletion method are subject to relevant laws, decrees, regulations or tax accounting requirements. Therefore, your personal data will not be permanently stored in Arion.
Notification
Unless we obtain your written instructions otherwise, we will use your personal information to send you urgent notices, latest information, offers and promotions. b. request Arion to correct or update your personal data (if any); and
c. Withdraw your consent to use your personal data (this may affect the services we provide to you)
We will process it free of charge and promptly in accordance with the privacy policy.
